Show at Kaleid Gallery, SJ

Sat Sep 12, 2009, 4:51 PM
Gallery Show
----------------

Please come to Kaleid Gallery in downtown San Jose on Friday, November 6th, between 7 and 10 PM for a showing of my work.

I will be showing with another artist -- the show is called 'Fragile Things and the Carnival of Lost Souls.'

I'm posting a series of photos of the pieces I'll be showing -- these will all be available for purchase at the show in November (and afterwards during regular gallery hours).

What sort of tools do you use to make your bezels and chains? They're gorgeous, and I'd kill to make my own.

Not to try and steal your trade secrets!

Hi !!

I took a very basic jewelry making course in which we learned hot to make bezels using silver sheet and bezel wire and a jeweler's torch. It's not that hard, but at the same time, I don't think I could have learned how to do it without taking a little course. You should look around and see if there's a course somewhere in your area.

Thanks for your compliment!
